NC KazMunayGas JSC works continually on forming the HR-pool for managing and administrative offices of the KMG Group among specialists of the KMG group, motivated to career growth, having high level of developing professional skills and management competencies.
Applicants for the personnel pool undergo selection tests, consisting of two stages:
First stage: employees’ numeric and verbal information analysis test and essay writing.
Second stage: assessment of business and leader competencies by the Assessment Centre.
Following the results of the selective tests of the employees, enrolled in the HR-pool, individual career development plans for improving professional skills and leader competencies are created.
At present there are 9 employees enrolled in the HR-pool. Also work in under way to regulate an integrated corporate approach to forming and organizing the work with the personnel pool in the KMG subsidiaries.
