KMG works on prevention of labor disputes and conflicts in the KMG group of companies on a continuous basis. Maintaining constant monitoring and measures to prevent social unrest helped maintain stability during 2015.
In accordance with the Model Rules of Unified System of internal communications the work on the implementation of internal communication tools is continued. During the year, in order to ensure interaction, we hold regular meetings of top level managers with employees to report on the results of operations. According to the Rules, twice a year reporting meetings of the first heads of SDEs of KMG are held with the staff, meetings with line managers with staff are held on quarterly basis, as well as the meetings of first leaders with trade unions organizations or representatives of labor collectives. Currently, these Rules are introduced in 26 SDEs of KMG.
Along with this, the Rules provide for a number of other tools to ensure the exchange of information: corporate websites, hotlines, information boards, boxes for suggestions of employees and other ones.
Employees, business partners and stakeholders in accordance with the form may inform of unprofessional corporate behavior:
- employees - by informing their direct manager or a superior officer;
- employees and non-employees of the organization - by phone 786 565, via trust e-mail: email@example.com (Information can be provided anonymously, which will be treated as confidential)
or by providing information to the Ombudsman (company Ombudsman - Tassemenova Manat Sarsengaliyevna):
- verbally - by phone number + 7-7172-97-91-48;
- in writing - to the e-mail Ombudsman@kmg.kz;
on paper - to the legal address of KMG: post code 010000, Astana, Kabanbai Batyr ave., 19, with a note on the envelope (package) "To the attn of Ombudsman". These envelopes (packages) are transferred directly to the Ombudsman without opening.
