Our approach to employee engagement is based on the principles of providing a decent level of remuneration, transparency and respect for the rights of employees by concluding labor and collective agreements.
As part of the "Strategy "Kazakhstan - 2050" and the instruction of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take the necessary measures for the development of entirely new approaches in terms of labor remuneration and reduction of imbalances, we have developed an Integrated Labor Payment System for the employees of SDEs of KMG in 2013-2014.
Since 2013, implementation of Integrated Labor Payment System was held in MMG, Aktau OIl Service and KMG EP. In 2016 it is planned to reorganize the labor remuneration system, followed by the introduction of Integrated Labor Payment System for business section of exploration and production of oil and gas.
This system allows us to base the salaries of our employees on such factors as their functional responsibilities and complexity of tasks and ensure the absence of distinction by gender or regional affiliation.
As part of measures to improve labor remuneration system, the management of KMG approved the approach to the assessment of a number of positions from the level of administrative staff of the Corporate Center to the level of top management of operating SDEs using the methodology of an international consulting company in the field of human resource management. Currently the system of remuneration of administrative personnel is being implemented, aimed at effectiveness, motivation and increasing the productivity and work efficiency.
