Also, in 2015, the Concept of the New model of training for KMG personnel (70/20/10) was developed and approved, which implies for 70% of training at the workplace, 20% of in-house training, 10% of external training.
KMG group of companies started pilot projects on the organization of dual training in the PPCP, ICA and EMG. The main principle of the organization of dual training is training in the company - 60% of time, training in college - 40% of time.
