KMG group of companies introduces a guaranteed benefits package, which includes various types of social benefits and compensations. This social package includes payments in connection with pregnancy and childbirth, monthly payments to employees who are on leave for child care until the age of 1.5 years, the compensation to terminate the labor contract in case of failure to transfer to another job, due to the disability, a lump sum payment in connection with the death of an employee for the organization of funeral, a lump sum payment to the family of the deceased worker as a result of an accident at work.
We provide social guarantees for voluntary health insurance in case of illness, recreation for the children of employees in health camps of Kazakhstan.
Also, employees are provided with the following types of social support: payments in connection with reaching a jubilee, in connection with marriage, short-term vacations for marriage, due to the birth of a child, in connection with the death of relatives with the preservation of salary, for medical treatment and payment for medical operations, in cases when costs of treatment exceed the limit set by the insurance program, for employees and children of employees with disabilities.
In addition to individual pension savings of every worker, in the KMG group of companies there is an implemented pension plan for pensioners, according to which the retired employees receive some financial support from the organization, where they have worked for more than 3 years. According to the KMG's internal rules "for interaction with non-working pensioners", our pensioners receive financial assistance for holidays, for a jubilee, for the provision of medical care, recreation treatment and subscription for newspapers and magazines. We have created a "Reserve for additional commitments for retirement benefits" for the sponsorship of these programs.
