Much attention is paid in the Company to the development of a risk culture through the involvement of all structural divisions of KMG and its subsidiaries and affiliates in the risk management process, as well as through regular exchange of information between Board of Directors, Management Board, Risk Committee of KMG and its subsidiaries and affiliates by employees of the Companies. For employees of KMG and its subsidiaries and affiliates, training events and seminars in the field of risk management and internal control are held, as well as certification of risk management specialists.
Company constantly improves CRMS and regularly improves the regulatory and methodological framework for risk management, confirming its commitment to the continuous development and improvement of CRMS. In 2021, a BBB rating was obtained for «Risk Management, Control and Audit» component as part of an independent corporate governance diagnostic.
