KMG adheres to the principles of creating an effective system of social protection and achieving favorable relationships among labor collectives, as well as a constructive dialogue between employees and employers.
KMG has a system of relations with employees based on a collective agreement, which defines the conditions and uniform mechanisms for remuneration, hours of work and rest, safety and labor protection, and social support.
In order to maintain constant contact with employees and provide a «feedback mechanism» within KMG Group,
the Regulations for a unified system of internal communications have been introduced. According to these
Regulations, reporting meetings are held between the CEO and employees. The main tasks of the internal
communications system are the creation and maintenance of effective mechanisms for direct communications
between Employers and Employees in SDCs, timely informing Employees about the goals and objectives of
activities in SDCs, and bringing the current situation in the organization to Employees.
Internal communications include the following:
Scheduled reporting meeting of the Chief Executive Officer with the employees (held at least twice a year);
Ad-hoc meetings between Management and employees to discuss urgent issues requiring immediate decisions;
Meeting of KMG employees with the Chief Executive Officer on personal matters;
Corporate website;
Information stand;
Meetings of the Line Manager with the Employees of a structural unit, section, team, etc. (held quarterly);
Meetings of the KMG Management with trade unions (quarterly);
SDC Chief Executive Officer’s blog;
Screen for video announcements;
Boxes for employees’ proposals.
An equally important factor in the social well-being of KMG Group employees is working conditions, including social and living conditions: comfortable accommodation, canteens, and places for recreation.

Every year, the Center for Social Interaction and Communication of Samruk-Kazyna JSC
measures the Social Stability Index (SSI). In recent years, this indicator of KMG
exceeds the average level.
